Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact for a successful inspection.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
